Laugh…Just Laugh!
Laughter
It is a very powerful. It can brighten up a somber room…turn a frown upside down…and bring joy to the person who made you laugh.
But with so many disheartening and upsetting events unfolding around the world…Wars, the Recession, Famine & Drought….no wonder it is hard to find the humor in anything these days.
But I couldn’t help but wonder…would the world lighten up if we as individuals lightened up and saw the humor in life?
Your walking down the street, minding your own business, and your grocery bag splits in half, releasing a jar of sauce that breaks upon contact, covering your new shoes. You bend over, trying to clean everything up and your purse falls open, spilling your contents onto the street and into the sauce. You scramble to try to scoop all of it up, but then a crow swoops down and steals your $100 mascara right off the sidewalk. This situation would probably make a normal person collapse on the concrete and sob. But, you really have to look at the situation and laugh at yourself…just laugh!! If you were an observer to this situation, you would probably bust out the good ‘ol smart phone and record away, thinking how hilarious the situation is, and how many other people will bust up watching it! Why is someone else’s plight funny, but when it happens to us, all we want to do is crawl in a hole and die?
Now if we were to open up our subconscious, we would realize that emotions are contagious. If you see someone who is angry, crying, or laughing, you will probably feel their positive or negative energy by just looking at them. This is our subconscious picking up on the energy given out by that individual’s subconscious. The energy they are giving off corresponds with what they are feeling at that particular moment. If we can feel individual energies by being around them, don’t you think that our collective consciousness can be felt by the Earth & the Universe? If our collective consciousness can be felt by the Universe, we are obviously sending it feelings of hatred, despair and hopelessness. We must be, because with the Laws of Attraction in place, the Universe is sending back our energy 2-fold in the form of storms, famine, financial crisis and war.
This is why laughter is so important and powerful. Laughing is associated with positive thoughts. When we are happy or see humor in something, we laugh! When we laugh, we send out positive energy to others around us. This causes the individuals around us to then pick up on the positive energy and feel lighter…happier! Once enough people start to lighten up, the collective consciousness will then lighten up and the Universe will take notice.
